Terms and Conditions

Maia Kay Art Prints is an online art-print store operated from Czech Republic. Customer service is available at maiakayart@gmail.com. Additional trader-identification details are provided on order documents and are available on request.

The store sells prints of original Maia Kay artwork. Product pages describe the available size, material, finish and price. Screen settings and production methods can cause minor colour or crop differences that do not affect the artwork's essential character.

Please review the selected variant before ordering. Clearly personalised products will be identified before purchase.

The final price, currency, applicable taxes and shipping charge are displayed before payment. Payment is due when the order is placed and may be processed by Stripe or PayPal. We do not store complete payment-card details.

Submitting an order is an offer to buy the selected products. The contract is formed when we confirm acceptance by email. We may reject or cancel an order for a legitimate reason, including unavailability, an obvious pricing error or a failed fraud check; any captured payment will be refunded.

Delivery destinations, charges and any restrictions are shown at checkout. Risk remains with us until the order is delivered to you or a person you nominate. Full details are in our Shipping Policy.

Consumers may have a statutory right to cancel an online purchase within 14 days after delivery. Conditions, exclusions and the model withdrawal notice are set out in our Returns & Refunds Policy.

Products must conform to the contract. Mandatory consumer remedies and legal guarantees remain unaffected. If an item is faulty, damaged in transit or not what you ordered, contact us with the order number and supporting photographs so we can arrange an appropriate remedy at no return cost to you.

Artwork, photographs, text, branding and site content are owned by Maia Kay or used with permission. Buying a print transfers ownership of that physical copy, not copyright or any right to reproduce, distribute or commercially exploit the artwork.

Do not misuse the site, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with checkout or use site content unlawfully. We may suspend access needed to protect customers and the service.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited, including liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or mandatory consumer rights.

Personal data is handled as described in our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic. If you are a consumer, this does not remove mandatory protections or courts available under the law of your habitual residence.

Please contact us first so we can try to resolve a complaint. Eligible consumer disputes may also be submitted to the Czech Trade Inspection Authority for alternative dispute resolution at coi.gov.cz.

The terms that applied when you ordered remain applicable to that order. We may update these terms prospectively by publishing a new effective date. Questions can be sent to maiakayart@gmail.com.
