Shipping Policy

Processing begins after payment is confirmed. Art prints may require production and quality checking before dispatch. You will receive an order confirmation at the email address supplied during checkout.

Available delivery destinations and the full shipping charge are calculated and displayed before you place the order. We do not add undisclosed shipping charges after checkout.

Delivery timing varies by destination and carrier. We will deliver without undue delay and, unless another period is agreed with you, within 30 days after the contract is concluded. Carrier estimates are not guaranteed where delays arise outside our reasonable control, but your mandatory rights remain unaffected.

Please provide a complete and accurate delivery address. Contact us immediately if it needs correction. We cannot guarantee a change after dispatch and may charge reasonable redelivery costs caused by an incorrect address where permitted by law.

Orders delivered outside the applicable customs area may be subject to import VAT, duties or carrier handling charges imposed by the destination country. Unless the checkout expressly states otherwise, the recipient is responsible for these charges.

We remain responsible for the goods until they are delivered to you or a person you designate, except where you independently appoint a carrier that we did not offer.

If tracking stalls, the parcel is lost, or the packaging arrives damaged, email maiakayart@gmail.com with your order number. For damage, photographs of the package and print help us resolve the carrier claim. This request does not limit your statutory rights.
